Shipping policy

OVERVIEW

At this time, The Ukrainian Museum Shop ships in the United States and to Canada.

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping charges for your order and a five dollar handling charge will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

 

ATTENTION CANADIAN CUSTOMERS

The Ukrainian Museum Shop ships to Canada by Canada Post via USPS.

Canadian customers are responsible for paying any taxes (including VAT), import duties and fees levied on the shipment.

All prices listed are USD.
